  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons (30g) finely diced red onion
  • 4 slices (4oz/113g) sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1g) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1g) garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
